Respected Sir,
I have Axis Bank Terminal ID: 10570955. through this Terminal
ID rent has been deducted from my account dated :25-02-2021 Rs.
647.82 of Dec-20, Rs. 280.72 and Dated: 17-03-2021 Rs. 647.82.
My Bank A/c is: AXIS BANK BC ACCOUNT(BANK MITRA) which is a
zero balance account. I already told the Agent Mr. Sahrukh
Khan and the Installation time to the Installation Engineer and
also made conversation with his Senior Madam and they said there
are no charges in one year please take this machine. All people
said that there is no charge in one year. But rental charges
deducted from my account. Please refund my charges.
I called support for the same on 23/03/2021.

construct, you have to maintain the minimum balance of Rs 5 lakh (under scheme code -MABBPL) in your account to avail the benefits of the offer. Otherwise,
discounts provided for previous month are recovered in the next month with rental charges (549+GST). Hence said charges levied to your account.

All of you dear please confirm and update your Lazy mind about that Account "
merchant have to maintain the minimum balance of Rs 5 lakh (under scheme code -MABBPL)" This account opened under CSC e-Gov and Axis Bank BC Account.
So that the Bank does not deduct any charges on this Account and its
Zero balance account. Please refund my deducted amount till the date.
I requested please send me the copy of the form that I signed But I did not receive till the date. I already told that your people before that installation its my zero Balance account/BC Account. |
